Sellers taking orders on WhatsApp still had to open Lalamove separately to get a delivery quote and book a rider.

The builder integrated the Lalamove API into n8n for two actions, get quote and place order, and connected them to a WhatsApp AI chatbot.

After nearly giving up on the integration, he reports the chatbot can now quote and place Lalamove orders.
