Prices as printed on each page on 18 Oct 2026, in USD and not converted. A Malaysian vendor that publishes RM plans (ChatGate) did not load when we checked, so it is not listed. Voice is billed per minute, so budget = calls × average minutes × rate, plus telephony and the build.
What to check for Malaysian callers
- Mixed languages: callers switch between Malay, English and Mandarin mid-sentence. Carsome says Emily switches between Malay and English; ask any vendor for a recording of a real mixed-language call.
- Recordings and transcripts are personal data: decide how long you keep them and tell callers they are being recorded (see the Personal Data Protection Department).
- Handover: make sure the agent can transfer to a person with the call summary.
- Your number: check how your existing line connects to the voice platform before you commit.
